The methods of testing traffic signal cabinet conflict monitors (a.k.a. MMU) using the PCMT-8000 or the PCMT-8800 Conflict Monitor Tester.
Technicians or engineers who are involved in maintaining, installing or designing traffic signal control systems.
It is assumed that the student has a basic knowledge of traffic signal control systems, AC and DC electrical circuits, and some experience using Windows based personal computers.

Operation of the PCMT-8800 is identical to the PCMT-8000, so the videos and tests apply to both models.
